📦 3-Day Return Policy
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
Return requests made after this window will not be accepted.
To initiate a return:

Email us at support@kuddoland.com within 3 working days of receiving your order.

Include your Order ID and Reason for Return in the email.

An unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.
💳 Refund Method

We do not issue cash refunds for any reason.

All approved returns/exchanges are eligible for store credits only.

A gift voucher with unlimited validity will be issued after deducting INR 60 for reverse shipping.

Voucher will be processed within 7 working days after the product is received and approved by us.
📝 Notes on Returns
1. Damaged / Missing Product

We use a strict 3-layer packaging check to ensure your product is in perfect condition.

If your product is damaged or an item is missing, notify us within 3 days of delivery.

A clear 360° unboxing video showing the damage/missing item is mandatory.

Only the damaged item from a multi-product order will be considered for return.

If approved, you will receive store credit within 7 days of us receiving the item.

If the video is unclear or not shared as per guidelines, the return request will be rejected.

Visible signs of tampering or insufficient proof may lead to claim denial.

The brand reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
2. Product Dislike

Didn’t like what you received? You can request a return within 3 days of delivery.

Email us at support@kuddoland.com to request reverse pickup.

Reverse shipping fee of INR 60 will be deducted from your store credit.

The item must be unused and in good condition with original packaging.

If the return is rejected after inspection, no voucher will be issued.
⚠️ Once a return request is submitted, please ensure:
You are available for reverse pickup.
You answer calls from the delivery partner. Missed pickups may delay or cancel the return process.
🚚 Note: In rare cases, if your pin code is not reverse serviceable, we may request you to send the item using a local courier service.
3. Order-Level Returns Only
Returns and exchanges will be accepted at the order level only. We do not support product-by-product return requests.
4. Combo/Gift Box Products
Individual items from a combo or gift box cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Special Offers & Clearance
Items purchased during sales, contests, clearance, or other promotional offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
🚫 Cancellation Policy
Due to operational constraints, we do not accept cancellations after an order is placed.
We kindly request customers to avoid impulsive purchases.
